- Proposed dispatch targets, subject to stock and production confirmation: 3–5 business days for stocked designs; 10–15 business days for made-to-order standard designs, after payment and specification approval. Shipping transit is additional and quoted by destination. Custom development is quoted separately.
- Sample terms
- Free samples for wholesale buyers; buyer pays shipping. Sample designs, quantities, availability and preparation time are confirmed before dispatch. Applicable import duties and taxes, if any, are payable by the recipient.
